The transport of your package

Packages are generally shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment, excluding holidays and weekends. Delivery is made by Colissimo, the leader in small parcels. The average delivery time is 48 hours in France and 6 to 10 days for Europe. In France, packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday, and they are delivered to the letterbox. Thus, your presence is not necessary to take delivery of your packages. If you are not at home, consider having it delivered to your workplace. In Europe, the delivery is against signature.

We deliver in mainland France and in the countries of the European Union, Monaco and Switzerland (excluding Madera, Acores, Canaries, San Marino).

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them.
